So then she was actively deliberately putting Aubrey through the same pain she’s now saying is like death itself. And she seems to think that’s fine as long as it is her doing it to him but once his mother says that it’s going to happen to her suddenly it’s not okay and it’s unacceptable to do to somebody how hypocritical she is. Based on the trajectory of the story I’m just going to guess that Charles is going to show up around the time Aubrey starts to really change and have his final Arc and character growth and of course by that time he’s going to have to compete with some douchebag probably Charles to get her to choose him and all this crap she’s been doing to him this whole time this is going to be ignored

Yep and unfit mother going to kill her babies just to keep control over Aubrey it sucks but it also kind of looks like perhaps the two babies are going to be separated at birth and they may go with each individual parent and it all be met up later on but by that point she’ll probably have some other dude pretending to be the dad probably Charles we didn’t see him die so there’s no way his plane crash killed him. Most likely Charles will get her from this island a little before Aubrey comes to save her from the island and then he’ll have to try to compete with Charles to get her back but being that he’s not trying to use his old message it’s going to be a lot harder for him and he’ll feel hopeless again
